Warranty
All the products you buy from Airlab Industry as well as from our dealers, are covered by our manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. The warranty period is 24 months from all parts, excluding shipping back to our workshop, from the date of purchase, the receipt or the invoice.

If you have any questions or if you have any problems when using the electric scooter Lab'elle, contact us. Our after-sales service based in Nîmes (30) is there to support you and provide you with solutions for repairs or replacement of worn or defective parts. Contact us.
In warranty period, malfunctions or damage will NOT be supported in the following cases:
- Have tried to repair out maintenance operations described in the User Manual.
- Having removed or used other than original parts.
- Have Lab'elle used for other purposes than what what it is intended (outperformance, forcing electronic or mechanical elements, acrobatics ..)
- Damage due to an accident or shock damaging the structure or any other part.
- Damage due to non-compliance with safety instructions quoted in the owner's manual first page.
- Non-compliance with the code of the street or other regulations.
- Vocationally oriented rental.
- Marking cleared identifier or serial number or unknown does not match the one registered.
